Hey y'all,

Update: very little. Foundations prologue is now available to read in blogs!

New change, I'll occasionally upload some chapters of Foundations or Origins here on the website. I figure to get my books out there, it may be wise to share some content for free to hook people in. Currently, the Amazon page has a way to view the first few pages for free anyway, this includes the whole prologue and perhaps even all of chapter one.

Marketing may require me to share portions of Foundations or Origins for free on other websites to bring people in. It was some advice I had a few months ago. For those aware of how this whole venture started, I'm not promising all content for free. I want people to read the books first and foremost.

The furthest I see this going is sharing most (hopefully not all) of my series starting books. Aka, Foundations and Origins may have a about 2/3 of their story available for free online. This will probably happen with Demise as well. But Origins II, Foundations II, etc. will probably never see a free release online.

I WILL NOT be sharing this content on day one. If anyone is hoping for a free book to read, ask me personally where I can decide myself, rather than expecting it here or on another site. Please note, I have no desire or plans on giving books away for free, especially if you ask for it. If I choose to give you free book, I will do it myself and be VERY clear I am giving it to you. Just because I say I'll sign or write a message in a book doesn't mean I'll give you a free one. AND just because I'm showing you a book, doesn't mean I'm giving it to you.

Please use common sense discretion. I'm trying to make a business here not run a charity. If you think I'm calling you out here, just stop. Don't hurt your feelings by reading into something.

What to expect from this: Foundations will have sporadic free releases of chapter sections as I work through updating the book's content. (this is just basic grammar and punctuation edits, nothing storywise.)

When will the next section come? I don't know...again, not running a charity, I'm trying to balance all this out.

When will Origins get free releases? I don't know either. I'm human and subject to a change in opinion. I'm expecting a few months down the line.

Now I'm (social media) announcing these blogs on January 1st, a day after Origins release. I don't expect many people to read this for a while. I don't know if I'll be posting any more blogs for a little bit as I have work starting back again soon after the holidays. I need to drill in on Foundations updates and writing Origins II. (I can't italicize that title until it's published or announced at least, not sure on the specifics there tbh.)
